Parish councillors are available to be contacted with any problems or issues you find within our parish. Residents can have a role in helping parish councillors too, by reporting any problems or issues you feel would help in making our parish a better place to live by registering on the MyAccount tab on the Wakefield Council website homepage. The MyAccount tab is at the top right-hand corner, you need to register first by completing the boxes marked with a red asterisk, with your name, email address and contact number and you will need a password to login to your account.
Once you have logged in there are many services to browse, so you need to be as accurate as possible which service you require. The first thing you need to enter is the location, so if you have an address please complete the field, then give as much relevant detail as possible then click on the Report Now tab.
You will then receive an email from Customer Services confirming receipt of your online report. You will be given a reference number, so each time you login on your MyAccount you can find out what is happening with your request, but please be patient.
